WordSpark is an AI-powered daily word-learning app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide. By using features such as Go Deeper, you grant WordSpark a license to process your input through AI analysis for the purpose of delivering the requested feature.

AI Recommendations

WordSpark uses AI to generate daily words, definitions, etymology, and Go Deeper responses. These are informational and not guaranteed to be exhaustive or error-free.

Subscriptions

WordSpark offers optional paid subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. Subscription pricing, billing periods, and cancellation are governed by Apple's standard terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable Use

Don't use WordSpark for anything illegal, harmful, or that violates others' rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

Limitation of Liability

WordSpark is provided “as is.” WordSpark is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content or any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
